January 29, 2025What’s great ab arkwright is that it’s people of all years (not just first year, etc.) and many residents stay for multiple years. I enjoy using the gym as its convenient and the staff have been very helpful with any maintenance issues.

July 17, 2024iQ is really like a home away from home and has a great community atmosphere. There’s place to hang around with table tennis and a gym as well. It’s a diverse community with people from all different countries and background which has been very cool to meet

February 18, 2024The facilities are great as is the location but i’ve given it one star bc of my experience with my flatmates. Even though you are not supposed to be rowdy from 11pm to 7am, my flatmates would throw pre drinks nearly every night. When i made repeated attempts to complain, nothing was ever done. If you are at university to party maybe this accommodation is for you but as someone who was either working or studying all the time, it was a terrible experience
