January 23, 2025Allen Court is solid overall. Staff are always willing to help and the rooms are comfy enough. Laundry facilities could be bigger for the number of students though.

January 15, 2025Not even worthy of 1 star, if i could rate it zero i would! For the price especially (£200/week) its an absolute joke. I tried to complain but like others have said, Homes for \students just ignore. The emergency number isn’t even monitored around the clock lmao

January 15, 2025Would not recommend this property or Homes for Students in general. Loads of issues and nothing is ever done about it. Do not believe the reviews on the booking sites as Homes for Students provides monetary incentives to provide positive reviews. They started charging for parking all of a suddent when before it was free.

December 13, 2024My daughter stayed here and this is an absolute nightmare of an accommodation. She had to put up w leaky toilets and mould for an entire year. Lack of 24/7 security makes it not the safest for students as well. Would definitely stay away from this accomodation and provider.

December 4, 2024AVoid at all costs!!!! Paid £200 per week to live in terrible conditions. Leaks in ceilings, mould everywhere in my studio, dirty kitchens, mice. Only three washer dryers too. You can complain but they do nothing about it and reception is often gone earlier than they’re supposed too.

November 29, 2024Avoid avoid avoid! The positive reviews on the bookings sites are simply bc staff provide incentives for people to leave those reviews. Any issue you have will never be addressed and even if you mention that it is a personal health and safety hazard, nothing is done about it. No compensation, not even timely responses from the property manager. You can get way better accommodations that provide decent standards for the same price.
