May 19, 2025My first year at The Precinct was a solid experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk to campus. The staff are friendly but noise from other flats was an issue at times.

May 10, 2025Noise was a big problem for me and despite complaining several times, nothing was done about it. The staff were good but managing this issue properly would make a big difference.

May 8, 2025I found the wifi to be unreliable sometimes and the cleaning could definitely be improved. However, being so close to campus was a huge plus for me.
