May 30, 2025management doesnt care about enforcing house rules. people shout and bang around the kitchen all night and never clean up. washing machines are constantly full or broken. someone washed their shoes in one once, i was done.

May 6, 2025Location is brilliant 1012 min walk to campus, right by the metro and shopping centre. The studio room is spacious and comes with everything I need. the building has loads of communal areas, and reception is staffed 24/7, which makes it feel safe.

April 23, 2025Ive lived here for two years and its been a really solid experience. Facilities are decent, theres a gym and cinema room, and the place is kept clean. best part is youre never more than a few minutes from shops or transport links.

March 11, 2025I felt really safe here, the 24/7 staff presence made a huge difference and the keycard system is solid. Theres enough space to chill with friends in the lounges or watch movies, and the gyms a bonus. Would recommend overall

March 2, 2025The facilities are honestly excellent gym, movie room, lounges, even study rooms. But the biggest downside is the other residents. kitchens always messy and some people treat the place like its a youth hostel. good flatmates make all the difference though.
